Ludwig Engineering Associates, Inc. has prepared and processed engineering feasibility studies on projects ranging from small subdivisions to multi-million dollar municipal improvement projects. The studies include preliminary design, construction cost estimates and cost analysis of financing alternatives.


Apple Valley Sewage Disposal Report, Apple Valley, CA

Prepared for Apple Valley Ranchos an engineering report addressing sewage disposal problems and the proposed solution. Preliminary design and cost estimates were performed for 50 miles of sewer and other facilities with an estimated cost of $2,500,000.


Sycamore Heights and Carriage Hills Sewer Report, Highland, CA

Preliminary engineering study for $2,650,000 sewer system to serve existing hillside residential area prepared for East Valley Water District. The scope of work included analysis of alternatives and cost estimates for 4 miles of sewer.


Water Distribution System Investigation Report, Lancaster, CA

Prepared an investigation report for $1,500,000 water distyribution system to serve 490 rural lots for the West Valley County Water District. Facilities included 20 miles of water main, one reservoir, one pumping station and well rehabilitation.
