After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1958, Mr. Ludwig was employed as a Civil Engineer by the California Division of Highways for three years in the San Bernardino office.
From 1961 to 1964, Mr. Ludwig served as Vice President and principal engineer for Arrowhead Engineering Corporation in San Bernardino, California. As project engineer, he designed numerous subdivisions and mobile home parks. His work included the preparation of plans for street improvements, water systems, drainage facilities, and sewer systems.
In 1964, Mr. Ludwig founded Ludwig Engineering. He has specialized in land planning, preparation of plans and specifications for subdivisions, mobile home parks, water system, water treatment plants, sewer systems, storm drains and drainage channel improvements.
In addition to being a Registered Civil Engineer, Mr. Ludwig is a licensed General Engineering Contractor. He designed, financed and constructed Gold West Mobile Home Park, 365 spaces; Gold West Apartments, 124 units; and Gold West Commercial Professional Center in Victorville, which he now operates.
